Only certain items that are damaged/defective may be eligible for returns, such as patches and appliques since they are individual pieces and not cut to customers' orders. We do not accept returns on trims unless customer received wrong item. Please contact us and we will let you know if we can return/exchange your item for you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective/damaged.  Only damaged regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
